Indiana AAU All-Americans

 

The selection process for AAU All-American honors is conducted by the AAU National Committee.  Committee members who are on site for any national tournament where the award is to be given conduct a balloting by coaches of all games only in the championship bracket. Those votes are tallied and, after reviewing the coaches' votes, the committee selects a 15-member All-America team and an All-American MVP.

 

Early on in national competition, AAU All-Americans were selected for all age groups participating at nationals.  However, since 1994, All-American recognition has been given to players only in the 16U, 17U and 18U divisions.
