Q. Which forms and fees do I need to submit in order to have my team participate in a Invitational Tournament?

A. To enter your team into the the Invitational tourney, you must print and fill out the following forms found on the Forms page:

1. Club Membership Form
2. Coaches Membership Application Forms
3. Athlete Membership Application Forms
4. Invitational Team Entry Form
5. Invitational Roster

After you have completed your forms, mail them to the Indianapolis office to Indiana AAU District, 4150 Kildeer Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46237 accompanied by the following fees or supporting documents:

1. Club Membership Form - desired Club Level fee of:
        $30.00 - Level 1
        $60.00 - Level 2
        $300.00 - Level 3
2. Coaches Membership Form
        $14.00 per Coach
3. Athlete Membership Form
        $12.00 per Athlete
4. Invitational Team Entry Form (indicate preferred tourney date & site)
        $200.00 Performance Bond for Club
        $200.00 Entry Fee per Developmental Tourney
5. Invitational Roster

Q. Which forms, documents and fees do I need to submit in order to have my team participate in the AAU Regional and State Tournaments?

A. To enter your team into the the AAU Regional/State tourney, you must print and fill out the following forms found on the Forms page:

1. Club Membership Form
2. Coaches Membership Application Forms
3. Athlete Membership Application Forms
4. Individual Entry Form (One form for each athlete on team)
5. Regional Team Entry Form
6. Regional Roster
