Below is a list of questions frequently asked relative to activities or issues concerning Indiana AAU District Girls Basketball.

Q. Which forms and fees do I need to submit in order to have my team participate in a 2010 Invitational Tournament?

 

A. To enter your team into the the Invitational tourney, you must print and fill out the following forms found on the Forms page:

1. First, go on line at aausports.org and purchase memberships before entering the tournament.  (A Club Membership, Coaches ( Non-Athlete ) Card Membership and Athlete’s Card Memberships are needed. Make sure All  Coaches and Athletes have the Club Code # when they purchase their memberships.)


2. Invitational Team Entry Form


3. Invitational Roster (Must have AAU Membership Numbers listed on Roster for entry and on second page all the signatures of the Coaches, Athletes and Parents, together with a copy of Out-of-State players Card membership.)

 

4. At all tourneys, a Coach must have copies of Birth Certificates for all the players on his team and for the players that require a Grade Exception Form, they must have this with them also. If a player is questioned about her age or grade, these forms must be presented to the site director to make sure the player(s) in question are eligible to continue playing.

 

After you have completed your forms, mail them to the Indianapolis office to Indiana AAU District, P. O. Box 39538, Indianapolis, IN 46239-0538 accompanied by the following fees or supporting documents:

 

Numbers 1 & 2 must be purchased online at aausports.org:

 

1. Club Membership Form - desired Club Level fee of:
        $30.00 - Level 1
        $60.00 - Level 2
        $300.00 - Level 3


2. AAU Card Memberships - For each individual Coach (non-athlete) and Athlete listed on the roster:
        $14.00 per Coach card membership fee

        $12.00 per Athlete card membership fee

 

Numbers 3 & 4 must be mailed to Indiana AAU District Office:


4. Invitational Team Entry Form (indicate preferred tourney date & site)
        $175.00 Entry Fee per Invitational Tourney


5. Invitational Roster - Must have All AAU Membership numbers listed on roster and have all required signatures on back of roster, or what is page 2 of roster, including a copy of any out-of-state player card memberships.

A. To enter your team into the the AAU Regional/State tourney, you must print and fill out the following forms found on the forms page:

1. Go on line at aausports.org and purchase memberships before entering tournament. A Club Membership, Coaches' (non-athlete) membership cards and Athletes' membership cards are needed.  Make sure Coaches and Athletes have the Club Code number when purchasing their memberships.


2. Regional Team Entry Form (found on the forms page)


3. Regional Roster  (Must have AAU Membership numbers listed on Roster for entry, and on the second page all of the signatures of the Coaches, Athletes and Parents, together with a copy of any out-of-state player membership cards. )

5. Teams advancing to a State Finals Tournament

$150.00 Entry Fee for State Finals must be paid to Regional Site Director (with a State Finals Declaration Form) before leaving Regional tournament site.
