To add your team to the directory, fill in the blanks below with the correct information. With regard to the following categories:

   

  • Contact Name:  If the contact name is the same as the coach's name, just insert "Same".
  • Contact Phone:  Please include your area code.
  • Comments:  You may include any information, such as requests for games, names of team members, whether your team is a school or all-star team, or anything else that you would like to include about your team.
